Did you know? 1 in 20 children will suffer the loss of a parent before they turn 16. Inheritance of Hope uniquely serves these children and their families. Their signature offering is a Legacy Retreat, an all-expenses-paid experience where families have the opportunity to create lifelong memories while receiving tools to navigate the challenges of terminal illness.
Nate, Amy, and their 4 children attended a Legacy Retreat in February 2014. The experience allowed the Most family to create lifelong memories and meet other families in a similar situation. Sadly, Amy lost her courageous 8-year battle with cancer in April 2014.
Nate's family was nominated by Russell Tripp, who attended a Legacy Retreat with his family in August 2010. Like Nate's family, the Tripp family had the opportunity to create priceless memories with their mother, Anne, who lost her battle with lung cancer in October 2013.
Since their respective Legacy Retreat experiences, Nate and Russell have remained active IoH supporters as a way to "pay it forward" for others to experience a life-changing Legacy Retreat.
THE BIG IDEA
Would you be willing to join us and others, give up your daily pop (aka soda), and pay it forward to bless another family at an Inheritance of Hope Legacy Retreat? It's an easy sacrifice that will have a direct impact on families suffering from terminal illness. And, what if you told our story to other people? Together, we can inspire hope in more families like the Mosts and Tripps!
